Dean Falconer

Dean has over 30 years of experience across a broad spectrum of industries within IT, Finance, Telecommunications, Federal Government, Engineering, Global Manufacturing, Banking, REIT’s and SME Business. In particular, his strengths lie in managing, developing and delivering strategic business operations.

Dean’s interests and experience are in the areas of developing and sustaining business culture, strategy, change, analysis, mergers and acquisitions, project and financial portfolio management, large scale ERP implementations including all facets of RFP, system selection, delivery, post implementation review and organisational change. In 2009, Dean established Definity Consulting www.definityconsulting.com, a boutique consulting practice that delivers a variety of specialised consulting services.

John Phillips

John is an independent consultant who works with Definity Consulting on a number of strategic clients and engagements. He has extensive business and consulting experience gained over 30 years. His experience includes:

Group CFO/COO for a large ASX listed IT services and consulting company (Oakton Ltd). This role included responsibility for off-shoring and cloud services. Oakton operated its own off shore service division in Hyderabad, India

 

Managing Director of a mid-sized (circa 300 people) Australian based consulting firm – Acumen Alliance. In this role, John was personally involved in all aspects of its operations from back office to client delivery engagements. Many of these engagements involved transformational projects with significant operating model and system changes

Extensive experience in stakeholder management, sound and prudent judgment and effective communications skills – both verbal and written

Glenn Anthony

Glenn has over 30 years experience in Sales, Operations and Account Management, with a focus on the Banking and Finance, Insurance , Government, Technology, Manufacturing and Infrastructure sectors.  A key element of Glenn’s success is the close relationships he is able to build with customers and vendors. His strength is his ability to identify and analyse business opportunities, effectively communicating ideas and strategies to maximise returns to the business, resulting in a positive outcome for the project and customers he works alongside.
